The western luxury villa of Vais in Agios Nikolaos, Zakynthos, with a 48 m² surface is divided into three different spaces. It accommodates comfortably up to three people.
The building's morphology fits in perfectly with the natural environment, a balance that is reinforced by the materials used in the construction. The exterior space is in perfect harmony with the interior of each Villa, without ever disturbing the landscape.
The interior spaces communicate with each other via courtyards and open-air spaces, as is the case in the southern Villa, which, together with the exterior spaces of the courtyards form a building complex, in accordance with basic principles of traditional Greek architecture.
